This page allows users to request:

  • Access to their app data

  • Correction of their app data

  • Deletion of their app account and associated app data

Important:
These requests apply only to information collected through the App.
They do not apply to clinical, treatment, or official records maintained by NAM Recovery.

For clinical or program-related records, please contact your clinic directly.

2. Requesting Data Deletion

If you would like to delete your app account and associated data, you may:

3. What Happens When You Request Deletion

When a deletion request is received:

  • Your app account will be deactivated

  • Associated app data will be permanently deleted, where possible

  • Some limited information may be retained where required for:

    • Legal obligations

    • Security purposes

    • System integrity

4. Verification of Requests

To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

5. Processing Time

We aim to process all data requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days, subject to verification and applicable requirements.

6. Important Distinction

The App is a support tool and is separate from NAM Recovery’s clinical systems.

  • Deleting your app account does not delete your treatment records

  • Clinical records are maintained in accordance with healthcare regulations
