He has substantial experience and training in Kundalini Yoga and in martial arts through Aikido. These practices have helped Dr. Gill bring together eastern and western therapy paradigms to cultivate holistic recovery.

On a personal level, Dr Gill enjoys writing poetry, reading, Aikido training and Kundalini Yoga. He is blessed to be a part of the Seva (“selfless service”) team of Guru Amar Das Niwas, whose mission is to support the frail and elderly with love so they may live with dignity and grace.
